Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Position Summary

The Trade Show Coordinator for Data Centers is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Gates' presence at global events focused on data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, and advanced manufacturing solutions. This role ensures best-in-class execution of trade shows and customer-facing events, aligning cross-functional teams to showcase Gates' Data Center assembly and fluid conveyance capabilities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and customer events focused on data center infrastructure and liquid cooling technologies.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth design, setup, shipping, installation, and dismantle across global locations.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and sales teams to highlight Gates' data center assembly solutions (hose assemblies, couplings, cooling systems).
  • Coordinate technical product demonstrations, including fluid conveyance systems and cooling applications relevant to data center customers.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-impact presence aligned with Gates' positioning in the data center and thermal management market.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans while tracking ROI and performance metrics.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure high-quality event execution.
  • Oversee inventory of trade show materials, product samples, and demo equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics for event staff including travel, schedules, and on-site responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and facility requirements, including handling of technical equipment and product displays.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event coordination, trade show management, or marketing operations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and logistics.

Pay & Benefits



  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
