APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Assemble components and subassemblies using detailed drawings and work instructions Perform resistance spot welding, laser/TIG welding, and brazing to join components in different production stages. Assemble and leak-check subassemblies (including stems and coolers). Follow all safety, quality, and process standards Work closely with assemblers, process engineers, and product engineers to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production schedules, including overtime when needed Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience. Minimum of 1-year MIG or TIG welding experience. What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to use common hand tools. Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods. Willingness to support team objectives and production deadlines. Ability to sit for approximately 80% of the workday. Frequent use of a mandrel, including manual movement between workbench and welding equipment. Ability to lift, carry, and position tools and materials associated with assembly work. Work may involve microscopes and fine-detail assembly Occasional standing and walking within the work area. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements during welding preparation and operation.
