What You'll Do:
  • Design, develop, modify, and evaluate RF power delivery systems and electrical subsystems.
  • Perform electrical engineering research, testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
  • Design and support RF delivery systems operating from 100 kHz to 100 MHz and power levels ranging from watts to kilowatts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on embedded system design, component selection, and system integration.
  • Develop and execute test plans to verify technical and operational requirements.
  • Analyze test results and present findings during design reviews, project reviews, and engineering meetings.
  • Evaluate components, equipment, and vendor capabilities to support product development initiatives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of related RF engineering experience; or Master's degree with 5+ years of related engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, testing, and documenting RF power delivery systems operating between 100 kHz and 100 MHz.
  • 3+ years of experience using RF measurement equipment, including power meters, network analyzers, impedance analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing RF or high-frequency electronic systems.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing engineering test plans and validation procedures.
  • 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional engineering environments supporting product development.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with high-voltage designs exceeding 1 kV from DC through 100 MHz.
  • Experience using SPICE, LabVIEW, MathCAD, MATLAB, or similar engineering analysis tools.
  • Experience with simulation and modeling tools such as HFSS, COMSOL, or Microwave Studio.
  • Knowledge of plasma processing, plasma sources, plasma loads, or semiconductor equipment technologies.
  • Strong statistical analysis and root-cause troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to define functional requirements and drive technical execution across multiple teams.
  • Experience developing RF generators, matching networks, or advanced power delivery architectures.
