This is a professional position responsible for administering all aspects of the intramural sports program, including league and tournament development and scheduling, hiring and training of officials, marketing, player discipline, and maintaining program budget. Develop new intramural sports programs, with responsibilities that include creating game rules, identifying equipment needs, organizing leagues, and training new staff. Manage the esports space including scheduling, hiring, and training of staff, equipment maintenance, and creating programming initiatives related to esports.
