Are you ready to make a tangible impact on the future of urban mobility? In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in deploying essential IT and data infrastructure, supporting autonomous navigation capabilities across operational sites. This is a foundational opportunity where you will directly shape how autonomous fleets operate on the ground, ensuring the seamless performance of vital functions such as vehicle charging, data offload, maintenance, and repair. You will tackle complex operational challenges, expertly bridging operational needs with technical capabilities to enable critical infrastructure for a robotaxi fleet. Lead strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and directly contribute to the rollout of advanced autonomous driving capabilities that will redefine urban transportation.

What You'll Do



  • Drive Infrastructure Integration: Lead cross-functional efforts to seamlessly deploy critical data and IT infrastructure across operational sites, effectively translating technical requirements into robust operational solutions.
  • Champion Operational Resilience: Proactively manage complex technical challenges to ensure site-wide stability, guaranteeing seamless performance and uninterrupted service during critical live operations.
  • Coordinate Mission Operations: Facilitate and support the coordination of mission-critical mapping, testing, and validation programs, fostering essential cross-functional collaboration to accelerate the rollout of advanced autonomous driving capabilities.
  • Design Strategic Site Frameworks: Develop and implement strategic site planning frameworks that serve as the foundational blueprint for operational success, empowering stakeholders with data-driven insights for informed decision-making during site evaluations.
  • Enhance Operational Capability: Train and empower site operations teams on existing infrastructure, spearheading root-cause troubleshooting for localized connectivity issues and integrating these vital operational insights into future site design blueprints.
  • Ensure Vendor Accountability: Partner strategically with telecommunications providers to optimize installation timelines, holding vendors to stringent schedules and high service standards to achieve rapid and predictable site activation.
  • Guarantee Data Security: Collaborate closely with Information Security teams to ensure all data ingested from operational sites and third-party vendors strictly adheres to corporate compliance and data protection requirements.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Demonstrated experience in program management, specifically related to the deployment of IT and data infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating technical requirements into operational solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical challenges and ensuring operational stability.
  • Experience coordinating mission-critical programs and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing strategic planning frameworks.
  • Ability to train and support operational teams, including root-cause troubleshooting and integrating insights into future designs.
  • Experience in vendor management, including holding external providers accountable for timelines and service standards.
  • Familiarity with data security principles and compliance requirements, with experience collaborating with information security teams.
