  • Prepare power, lighting, and systems plans, one-line and wiring diagrams, sections, details, and schedules
  • Manage model and drawing setups, graphic standards, and document organization
  • Coordinate printing, plotting, and distribution of bidding and construction documents
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices, as well as external consultants and clients, to support project delivery
  • Help maintain consistent, accurate, and high-quality project documentation
  • Continue developing technical skills and knowledge as design technologies and processes evolve

  • Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Broad experience working in Revit MEP
  • Familiarity with electrical design and drafting, including power distribution, lighting, and building systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

What We Offer

  • Vacation and sick time, volunteer PTO, parental leave, and paid holidays
  • Opportunities for hybrid and flexible schedules
  • 401(k), profit sharing, and stock ownership opportunities through our employee ownership program
  • And more!
