Life Changes Group is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join its Behavioral Care team in Boston, MA. In this role, you'll provide evidence-based outpatient mental health treatment to a diverse patient population while partnering with a collaborative behavioral health organization that offers strong operational support, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Position Highlights Provide assessments and treatment for a broad range of mental health and substance use conditions Deliver evidence-based therapy, including CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic approaches Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans based on patient outcomes Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance Supported by dedicated clinical, credentialing, and business operations teams Required Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Active, unrestricted LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Massachusetts Ability to provide behavioral health assessment and psychotherapy services Proficiency with electronic documentation and clinical recordkeeping
