Job Overview

The Executive Compensation Analyst supports the administration and execution of executive compensation programs through the preparation of reports, analysis of compensation data, and completion of recurring administrative processes. This role is responsible for responding to internal reporting requests, maintaining data accuracy, executing standard work processes, and providing analytical support for compensation reviews and market benchmarking activities. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc compensation reports.

  • Maintain compensation databases, trackers, and reporting tools with accurate data.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

  • Execute compensation processes in line with established procedures and governance.

  • Support annual compensation cycles through data collection, reporting, and coordination.

  • Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audit requirements.

  • Analyze compensation data to evaluate internal pay alignment and market competitiveness.

  • Validate, reconcile, and summarize compensation data to provide trends and insights for decision-making.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay Range:


The pay range for this role is $55,000-$75,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location
