Hourly Pay Range: $34.41 - $53.34 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
A Brief Overview: As a Data Scientist I at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for developing solutions for automated monitoring of quantitative, predictive, prescriptive, and Generative AI (GenAI) models on Epic. Your primary focus will be on automating the monitoring of our clinical prediction models and developing dashboards for GenAI models, heavily leveraging our Epic ecosystem - specifically Epic Cogito and Nebula, to monitor patient outcomes and increase operational efficiency. This role requires intellectual curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment. We're looking for people who thrive even when the roadmap is still being drawn. Effective communication skills are essential to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams. You will serve as an internal Epic expert, leading efforts to understand, enhance, develop frameworks for AI monitoring, and rapidly prototype and build innovative features that improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
