Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

This opportunity lets you oversee warehouse operations, support your team, and help ensure products move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the supply chain. In this role, you'll help manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, maintain warehouse organization, and support a safe, productive work environment that delivers excellent service to our customers. Job Duties
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, organized, and stored for efficient warehouse operations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and report any discrepancies or damage.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, orders, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Promote and enforce warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with shipping, customer service, procurement, and other departments to support operational goals.
- Monitor warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, and report maintenance needs.
- Identify and help resolve inventory, shipping, or operational issues to minimize disruptions.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Coordinator.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
- Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
