Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, or Industrial Maintenance Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy-duty equipment and industrial vehicles.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Valid driver's license and personal mechanic's toolbox required.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
  • Previous lead mechanic or foreman experience preferred.


Job Duties:



  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy equipment, diesel engines, and industrial machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components.
  • Service and maintain forklifts, excavators, trailers, industrial tractors, and heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Inspect equipment, identify mechanical issues, and perform corrective maintenance repairs.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and equipment diagrams.
  • Manage assigned equipment fleet maintenance, parts coordination, and repair documentation.
  • Communicate repair status, service updates, and equipment needs with customers and internal teams.
