Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Job Duties


  • Cut and prepare small paper components and production materials
  • Assemble badges and other small products according to instructions
  • Package completed items into individual bags and seal finished products
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and appearance
  • Identify and report defects or production issues
  • Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards
  • Complete basic production records and documentation
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with materials
  • Communicate material shortages, equipment concerns, and quality issues to supervisors
  • Perform additional production-related duties as assigned



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Technician.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
