Mechanical Test Engineer Co-Op

The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Mechanical Test Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full time, 6 months in duration.
What You'll Do:
Provide accurate, expedient characterization and analysis of wafer and reticle handling products and technologies using laboratory equipment Analyze test data, write test reports and PowerPoint presentations and give presentations Work on testing projects with Team members Develop new, creative, and robust test methods with high regard for product reliability Design, build and test laboratory equipment and test fixtures
What We Seek:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with an expected graduation date of May 2027 or later Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in product testing, laboratory experimentation, data analysis, and problem-solving Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to document results, present findings, and collaborate in a hands-on engineering environment Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Graduating in Spring 2027 or later
Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Routinely lift 20# loads and able to perform hands-on testing in a laboratory
