Pay Rate: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Education Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Coursework in financial accounting, data analytics, or business intelligence is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.


Experience Requirements



  • 1+ years of previous experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data collection, data validation, and data reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools, including Excel, Python, ETL tools, or Business Objects.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.

  • Proficiency with Excel, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to work in an office or hybrid professional environment.
  • Frequent use of computers, data systems, and reporting software.
  • Ability to remain seated and focused for extended periods while analyzing data and preparing reports.


Job Duties



  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Use statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Create reports and visualizations that support leadership decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Review data for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform data cleansing activities.
  • Partner with management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
