At Rite-Hite, your work makes an impact. As the global leader in loading dock and door equipment, we design and deliver solutions that keep our customers safe, secure, and productive. Here, you'll find innovation, stability, and the chance to grow your career as part of a team that's always looking ahead.

At Rite-Hite, our Customer Service Representatives play an important role in creating a great customer experience. As a key connection between our customers, Sales team, and vendors, you'll help ensure orders move smoothly from start to finish.

Based at our Charlotte location, you'll support an assigned territory by coordinating equipment and parts orders, maintaining accurate order information, and making sure customers receive the products and service they expect from Rite-Hite.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales, customers, and vendors to submit and coordinate orders for equipment and parts.
  • Monitor and maintain orders throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Ensure invoices and order information are accurate and complete.
  • Enter and maintain data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to help resolve questions and keep orders moving.
  • Work collaboratively with a team while managing the details of your assigned area.

This Is Not a Call Center Role.

You won't spend your day answering a revolving door of customer calls. Instead, you'll build working relationships with customers and internal teams while taking ownership of the details that help ensure their orders are handled correctly.

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to quality and getting the job done right.
  • Previous experience working within an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
