Ability to read, understand, and follow warehouse procedures, pick tickets, and shipping documents. Basic math and counting skills required. Experience Requirements Previous experience in warehouse, distribution center, order picking, shipping, receiving, or logistics environments preferred. Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems (WMS). Familiarity with inventory control and order fulfillment processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to order accuracy. Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to meet daily productivity and performance goals in a high-volume warehouse setting. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Frequently lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, with heavier items moved using proper equipment or assistance. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in an active distribution environment. Job Duties Pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, and warehouse systems. Accurately select products and verify quantities, item numbers, and order details before shipment. Load and unload inventory from trucks and containers as needed. Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting damages, shortages, and discrepancies. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, housekeeping, and general warehouse operations while following all safety policies and procedures.
