Duffy's AIS is looking for an experienced Commercial Service Technician to join our team! If you have a background in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, or a related trade, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work while continuing to grow your expertise.

What You Will Do

As a Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician, you'll be the face of Duffy's AIS in the field, helping our customers keep their businesses running. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Communication with customers, dispatchers, managers, and Sales
• Order parts and complete service paperwork
• Maintain your service vehicle
• Participating in an on-call rotation and ongoing training

Equipment You Will Work On

You will work with a wide variety of commercial refrigeration and food service equipment, including:

Walk-In/Reach-In Coolers & Freezers * Prep Tables * Ice Machines * Ovens * Fryers * Compressors and more!

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, or related service experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company safety standards
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and/or foodservice service experience
• EPA 608 Certification
• CFESA Certification
• Factory training or related manufacturer certifications
• Related military experience
