Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Non-Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions. CU Advantage Because this appointment is temporary, you will not be eligible to receive all of the benefits normally provided to members of the university staff under the standard University of Colorado benefits programs. You are not eligible to receive paid vacation leave, medical, or retirement benefits. However, you are eligible to accrue sick leave and you will accrue 0.034 hours of sick leave per hour worked. Summary Under the general guidance and supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Medicine, Director of Athletics, and Team Physicians, the Assistant Athletic Trainer supports comprehensive athletic medicine services through injury care, medical coordination,recordkeeping, and daily clinic operations while contributing to athlete wellbeing and performance outcomes across intercollegiate programs.
