As a Security Guard Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver in HOUSTON, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As a driving Security Officer at a dynamic cultural institution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, staff, vendors, and program participants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of park grounds, trails, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, public spaces, and event areas; assist with visitor directions, rules compliance, and reporting of suspicious activity or unusual conditions.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
