As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Perimeter Inspection in Ewa Beach, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, document arrivals and departures, and communicate entry concerns according to community procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and/or emergency services when directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
