What You Will Do:

A Day in the Life Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Architecture & Integration, you will build trusted partnerships to align business priorities with our technology and organizational transformation roadmap.

• Strategic Alignment: Translate business transformation roadmaps into IT Strategic and operational plans.
• Change Management: Drive the adoption of modern tools, platforms, and AI-enhanced processes to accelerate our IT transformation.
• Portfolio Steering: Consolidate and track IT portfolio, program, and product progress.
• Governance & Finance: Coordinate resource allocation, budgets, and risk management with Finance.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

You are a strategic connector who aligns business needs with technical execution:

• A bachelors degree in Tech/related discipline, or relative work experience.
• Proven experience in change management, successfully driving adoption of new platforms and AI tools.
• Strong background in IT portfolio management and governance.
• Ability to translate complex business objectives into strategic IT plans.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Fluency in English.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range $147,100 - $213,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
