As an R&M Process Specialist III, you will support remanufacturing and supply chain operations by coordinating processes, maintaining accurate system transactions, and ensuring compliance with operational requirements. You will leverage your knowledge of SAP, transportation practices, and process workflows to drive operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Fueling Your Passion

In this role, you will contribute to operational excellence by managing process transactions, supporting remanufacturing activities, coordinating material movement, and ensuring accurate documentation within company systems.

As an R&M Process Specialist III, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting remanufacturing processes through accurate system transactions and operational coordination.
• Utilizing SAP to process, track, and manage remanufacturing activities and associated workflows.
• Coordinating transportation and distribution activities in accordance with established procedures and operational requirements.
• Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and related documentation to support operational processes.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation within company systems.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational tasks and customer commitments.
• Assisting with material tracking, inventory updates, and process-related transactions.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting operational efficiency initiatives.
• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding process status and requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and operational procedures at all times.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, remanufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate experience using SAP, including supporting remanufacturing-related processes and transactions.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong computer skills and proficiency with standard business applications.
• Demonstrate a general understanding of transportation and distribution methods and practices.
• Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Have the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting repair and maintenance (R&M) or remanufacturing operations.
• Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, or service environments.
• Knowledge of inventory control, materials management, and operational reporting processes.
