Job Title: Finance Analyst 2

Location(s): San Francisco, CA
(Hybrid: 1 day per month)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Analyst 2 who is a self-starter with very strong attention to detail. The role involves developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts related to financial planning, resource planning, and organizational budget control.

The Finance Analyst will analyze and prepare recommendations for financial plans, including annual resource allocations, future requirements, and operating forecasts.

Required Qualifications

• Accounting- or finance-related background.
• Intermediate-level Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems.
• Ability to gather reasonably retrievable information, organize data, and perform basic financial analysis assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to present information verbally and in writing clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to use spreadsheet and database software for moderately complex financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent service orientation, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to function effectively as a member of a team.
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting organizational resources.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience or training.
• One (1) year of related experience.

Work Schedule:

• 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PST or 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM PST.
