This role will play a key part in managing and improving an enterprise API inventory, partnering with application security, technology, business, and platform teams to ensure API information is complete, accurate, current, and accessible. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Manage the enterprise API inventory by gathering API endpoint data from security scanning tools, maintaining the central repository, and identifying and validating API ownership. Partner with ServiceNow and other technology teams to establish workflows that help API owners maintain accurate and up-to-date information. Develop and execute functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and system testing activities for application changes and enhancements. Coordinate testing, implementation, integrated testing, and post-implementation activities, ensuring changes meet business requirements, technology standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Expand API inventory integrations and collaborate with API portal teams to make inventory information readily available through internal catalogs and reference tools.. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 4+ years of operational/business analytics experience. Minimum 4+ years of experience in API component understanding. Minimum 4+ years of experience in System integration facilitation. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Governance workflow definition. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree. Experience as a subject matter expert in business with knowledge and experience utilizing the application/system being supported. Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages. Solid problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution. Successful performance in the Technology Internship. Capable of working on multiple projects of basic to moderate complexity. Proven understanding of applications supported with a knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications. Ability to effectively use project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications. Good understanding of the Bank's application framework. Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms. Proven verbal and written communication skills. Proven organization skills. Proven time management skills. Proven lateral thinking skills. Proven problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively present to all levels of management. Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. Ability to coordinate between applications and business units. Ability to multitask for various components of moderately complex projects. Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates.
