Working with minimal amount of supervision, handling various clerical and administrative type
duties, including email and messages, printing, duplicating, filing, word processing, and more as
needed for Amada School.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Utilizes office software applications in the performance of a variety of administrative activities,
including letters, memorandums, documents, statements, orders, and/or reports.
* Process billing.
* Monitor automated training workflows.
* Assist in scheduling.
* Answers telephones, provides information, and distributes messages.
* Carries out duties relying on own initiative and independent actions
* Establishes and maintains files and records.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by department management.
* In-office work 5 days a week at the assigned branch office.
* English speaking during an emergency and while performing job duties where there is potential
for an emergency. This does not apply to casual conversations between employees while not
performing a job duty.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* May perform and/or assist with various office administration activities, such as:
- Maintain office supplies.
- Opening/closing the office(s).
- Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with all aspects of the
corporate environmental, health and safety program.
