Job Summary:

Key member of Supernus Market Access leading the Market Access analytics team responsible for access and affordability analytics and reporting across Supernus' portfolio including ADHD, Parkinson's Disease, and Postpartum Depression.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for market access analytics across Supernus portfolio including commercialized products in Parkinson's Disease, ADHD, and Postpartum Depression as well as pipeline products.
  • Aligns objectives and budget for market access analytics team with organizational goals, ensuring competitive positioning for Supernus products.
  • Builds, mentor, and leads the Market Access analytics team ensuring team is able to successfully meet objectives.
  • Produces actionable insights to inform market access strategy including target access, pricing and contracting decisions, as well as opportunities to optimize access pull-through, patient services, and copay programs.
  • Leads payer contracting deal analytics and business case development for pricing committee approval.
  • Advises Senior Leadership, Market access, and commercial leadership teams on insights to influence and drive short- and long-term access strategies.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.


Supervisory Responsibilities:



  • Provides leadership and management in an effective manner consistent with Company Values towards defined Corporate Objectives.
  • Understands Company Policy and procedure to be able to guide direct reports appropriately.


Knowledge & Other Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Previous Market Access analytics experience.
  • Previous experience managing direct reports.
  • Understanding of Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare channels.
  • Familiarity with IQVIA, MMIT, specialty pharmacy, and patient services data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to create financial models and reports.
  • Ability to communicate insights verbally or in writing concisely to management team.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment/Travel Requirements:



  • Walking: Intermittent walking and moving from location to location.
  • Visual Acuity: to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen, iPad, or other electronic device and for operating motor vehicles.
  • Travel: Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
  • Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately.


Compensation:

At Supernus, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $210,000 to $240,000. This range is what the Company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. This range may be modified in the future. An individual's salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience and organizational needs.

You also will be able to participate in a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to: health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k company match, company paid life insurance and health and wellness benefits. The total compensation package for this position also includes other compensation elements such as stock equity awards, employee stock purchase programs and participation in our Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
