Aquent is incredibly excited to partner with a global technology leader, a pioneering company at the forefront of defining the future through advanced electronics and semiconductors. This is an unparalleled opportunity to leverage your visual storytelling prowess, transforming intricate technical concepts into compelling, polished imagery. Your exceptional work will directly shape the visual narrative of innovation and excellence for executive audiences and B2B partners, profoundly influencing how this industry leader communicates its groundbreaking advancements to the world.

As an essential visual storyteller, you will join a small, dynamic freelance rotation, collaborating closely with internal producers to deliver professional, high-impact still photography. Your craft will be instrumental in elevating executive-level communication, showcasing cutting-edge technical products with precision, and enhancing critical B2B marketing efforts. Every image you create will meet exacting standards and directly impact how groundbreaking work is perceived globally, translating intricate innovations into visually stunning narratives that resonate deeply with key audiences. If you are passionate about making complex technology look clean, compelling, and accessible, and thrive in an environment where your unique perspective directly influences a global brand's visual identity, this engagement offers a truly unique platform for your talent. This is a part-time, freelance opportunity, typically requiring approximately 8-16 hours per week as a day-player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality stills across diverse categories, including corporate headshots, executive leadership portraits, technical product photography (with a keen focus on macro shots of small components and circuit boards), facility and architectural imagery, employee spotlights, culture-focused stills, and workplace events.
  • Collaborate directly with internal producers to develop shot lists, expertly set up studios and locations, and refine overall visual strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with the brand's vision.
  • Skillfully light and direct subjects to ensure an exceptional level of executive-level polish and professionalism in all imagery, consistently reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain unwavering brand consistency by delivering color-accurate, on-brand imagery, even under demanding production schedules, thereby reinforcing the company's distinct visual identity.
  • Efficiently complete shooting assignments and seamlessly transfer raw files directly to internal teams for post-production, ensuring a smooth and integrated workflow.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • A robust corporate and B2B portfolio showcasing polished, business-appropriate work, specifically including compelling headshots, detailed facilities photography, and intricate product photography, distinct from purely lifestyle or artistic media.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lighting and photographing small-scale objects and complex technical equipment, with an exceptional eye for detail that eloquently highlights innovation.
  • Advanced proficiency with both studio and portable lighting setups, adept at illuminating people, macro subjects, and products effectively to achieve desired visual impact and clarity.
  • A professional and comfortable demeanor when interacting and working on set with senior leadership and diverse cross-functional corporate teams.
  • Ability to work on-site, successfully pass a background check, and obtain all necessary site credentials.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working on active sets alongside video production teams, demonstrating versatility and collaborative spirit in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with corporate production environments, such as live broadcasts, town halls, training sessions, or B2B marketing shoots.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to support short-notice on-site shoots as production needs arise.
