About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced production team, playing a pivotal role in upholding design values and driving innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new projects and accurately estimate time and resources required.
• Develop and implement standard methodologies for project intake, workflow management, and successful project closure.
• Create comprehensive project schedules and facilitate effective review meetings.
• Provide clear and consistent communication on project status to all stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire production process for all projects, collaborating closely with internal producers and creative teams.
• Facilitate the onboarding of outside vendors, managing contracts, bids, and related processes.
• Cultivate and apply a deep understanding of current and emerging design philosophies and technologies to benefit the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive self-starter and natural collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. You possess an eye and passion for design, strong attention to detail, and are resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive outlook.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience as a Producer for a creative agency or production house.
• Proven UI or Product Design production experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage feedback flows.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and in-person.
• Ability to function independently while excelling in a team environment, with outstanding collaboration skills.
• Experience working across a variety of areas, including branding, visual design, art direction, strategy, and interactive design.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within a technical environment.
