Location: Indepedence, MO

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Our operation is located in a well-known underground business complex in Independence, MO. Employees enjoy a comfortable, temperature-stable work environment year-round. Job Duties

• Assemble products using engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Build fiberglass structures using fiberglass, resins, and structural materials
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment
• Perform quality inspections and document inspection results
• Identify and communicate quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow PPE requirements and all safety procedures
• Work with team members to achieve production and quality goals
• Complete additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Experience with fiberglass, composites, or resins is a plus
• Experience using hand tools and pneumatic tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Perform repetitive tasks using hand and power tools
• Work safely in enclosed manufacturing areas
• Comfortable working with fiberglass materials, resins, and related production materials
