Group: Information Technology Position: Director of Enterpise Technology Location: Indianapolis, IN (on-site) The Director of Enterprise Technology is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining, advancing, and governing the firm's enterprise technology ecosystem. This position partners with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure technology investments accelerate business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enable innovation across the firm's architectural and engineering practices. This role ensures the firm's technology landscape remains scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with the needs of a rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities Enterprise Technology Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
