The APS Project Manager I has managerial and technical oversight for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned business unit projects. Manages multiple projects typically lasting six (6) to eighteen (18) months involving a minimal number of internal stakeholders. Leads teams of five (5) to ten (10) people to accomplish project objectives. Project resources limited to business unit with project budgets typically up to $500,000 and project scopes identified as low complexity as defined within the APS Project Complexity guidelines. May support more senior Project Managers on larger projects. Develops simple execution plans including project plans, budgets and schedule. Tracks and controls project variables. Minimum Requirements

1) Plans, monitors and manages all aspects of multiple, smaller scale projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in accordance with internal process methodologies. Ensures completion according to project plan (i.e. scope, schedule, budget).May support more senior Project Managers on larger projects. Export Compliance / EEO Statement

Depending on the responsibilities of the role, this may include, but is not limited to, working at a power plant, job site, or in the community.
