Position Summary
The Project Manager, Automation is responsible for leading the execution of automation projects that support manufacturing process improvements, capacity expansion, quality improvement, labor optimization, and new product introductions. This role owns the project management discipline for assigned automation initiatives, including project schedule, day-to-day coordination, risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies management, budget tracking, stakeholder communication, and execution from concept through production handoff. The position partners closely with facility leaders, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, EHS, and external automation integrators without direct authority to ensure projects are properly scoped, planned, resourced, executed, validated, and transferred into production; and ensures assigned projects follow Global Operations PMO methodology, governance, reporting, and Smartsheet requirements The ideal candidate combines strong project management capability with solid technical knowledge of automation systems and manufacturing technologies, enabling effective coordination of core teams, integrators, and facility resources to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and sustainable automation solutions. 30 % Travel required. Pay range for this opportunity is$107,525.00-$139,150.00. [ACTION REQUIRED - REMOVE IF NOT APPLICABLE:] This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
