Description
At Findorff, we bring expertise and value in construction that extends far beyond building. Since 1890, we've grown from humble beginnings into a trusted construction partner - driven by strong relationships, a dedication to safety, quality, and craftsmanship, and a commitment to the communities we serve. What We Are Looking For
What You'll Do As an AP/AR Specialist at Findorff, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial operations that keep our projects moving. You'll work closely with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and owners to ensure invoices, pay applications, payments, and account records are processed accurately and efficiently. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
Why Findorff
Plus: Competitive compensation, 401(k) + contributions, profit sharing, generous PTO, paid parental leave, on-site fitness center, heated parking, and strong career development support. Diversity matters. Findorff recognizes the talents of all, appreciating the different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that make us a stronger company and partner for the communities we live and work in. Findorff provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. I think this version aligns closely with the General Superintendent posting and reads more as a recruiting advertisement than an internal HR job description. The biggest shift is emphasizing customer service, partnership with project teams, and ownership of financial processes rather than listing every transactional task individually. Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws. For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. | |
