Job Overview: At Ingersoll Rand, this role sits at the intersection of innovation and execution-where precision engineering meets high-speed delivery. Reporting to the Director, Sourcing, the Category Manager will manage global and/or regional commodities for Compression Systems and Services, North America. This includes working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, developing and executing commodity strategies to deliver material productivity, managing supplier relationships, overseeing supplier development, and working with our New Product Development(NPD) teams to utilize preferred suppliers and ensure best cost and quality.
