ABOUT THE POSITION Position Title: Service and Sales Representative Position Overview: As a Service and Sales Representative (SSR), you'll combine relationship-building with hands-on branch operations to help members with their everyday banking and financial needs. You'll open and manage accounts, support consumer and real estate lending needs, resolve concerns, process transactions, and connect members with solutions that support their financial goals. As part of this float role, you'll build broad product and operational knowledge while working across multiple branch environments. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works confidently and independently, and can adapt to changing member and branch needs. Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM. Compensation Range: $23.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills Location: As a float role, you primarily support the Bethlehem Branch located at 2174 W Union Blvd Bethlehem, PA., while providing planned, local coverage at nearby branches in Allentown and Reading when needed to ensure consistent service and operational stability. What you'll do in this role: Build relationships and serve as the first point of contact for members Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts Support loan application intake (including mortgages) Resolve account questions and escalations Recommend products aligned to member needs Support branch operations (teller/MSR coverage, transactions, etc.) Provide notary and signature guarantee services (training provided) What success looks like: Consistently delivers a positive member experience Builds trust and long-term relationships with members Meets or exceeds individual and team sales goals Maintains accuracy and compliance in all transactions Demonstrates accountability and strong teamwork Collaborates effectively and supports team success WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum qualifications: Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs. Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc. Visions remains committed to the aspects of diversity and inclusion and will consider alternative education and experience.
