Manager, Compliance Program Position Summary Working under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer (or designee), the Manager, Healthcare Compliance, is responsible for supporting and advancing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global and regional compliance programs focused on the North America ("NAMER") region. This role focuses on interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), Government Officials (GOs), and external funding activities, ensuring alignment with applicable company policies, procedures, and industry codes of ethics (e.g., AdvaMed Code). The Manager, Compliance Program NAMER serves as a trusted advisor to the business, providing practical, risk-based guidance on commercial and medical activities while fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct. Certifications Compliance certification (e.g., CHC, CHPC) preferred License to practice law in one U.S. state preferred Physical Requirements Typical office environment including sitting, walking, speaking, and computer use; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds Target Pay Range:$79,500.00to$99,400.00-Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, from 10/09/2026.
