Exemption Status: ExemptJob Description: Analyzes performance and instructs student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition in track. Recruit student athletes. Observes players while they perform to determine need for individual or team improvement. Coach players individually or in groups, demonstrating techniques in track throws events.

EDUCATION Required: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university. EXPERIENCE Required: 1 year of experience as an assistant coach and/or as a student athlete in throws. Preferred:

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Required: Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and have a good driving history. May not have more than two moving violations in a three-year period. OTHER REQUIREMENTS All jobs require a current Criminal Background Check (CBC). This job involves a commitment of ten hour per week during the fall semester/season.
