Position Title: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Machine Operator Responsibilities: - Operate molding machines or secondary operations machines - Sort, separate, and box product while maintaining cycle times - Remove finished parts from collection bins by lifting and dumping at table height - Use approved knives and clippers to trim excess material from parts - Assemble packaging boxes for next shift - Maintain plant cleanliness Follow SOP while handling products Requirements for Machine Operator: - Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time - Able to lift 25 lbs boxes repeatedly - Dexterity of hands and fingers with ability to handle and inspect plastic parts ranging in size from .25" to 18" - Visual ability to trim and inspect parts QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
