Key Responsibilities



  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for leaders, ensuring optimal time utilization.
  • Coordinate and execute a variety of meetings and events, from planning to successful completion.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and accurately process business expenses.
  • Support various operational activities, including department financial, personnel, and facility operations.
  • Oversee the procurement of goods and services, such as computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive general office support, acting as a key point of contact for the team.
  • Undertake and successfully complete special projects as assigned, contributing to broader team goals.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 2-4 years of professional experience in administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, be proactive, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • A strong customer service mindset and a consistently professional demeanor.
  • Experience in calendar management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and meeting coordination.
