40% - Enterprise Data Architecture Leadership 20% - AWS Data Platform Architecture 20% - Team Leadership and Management 10% - Solution Delivery and Stakeholder Engagement 10% - Operational Excellence Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in computer science, information systems, data engineering, software engineering, mathematics, or related field, and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in data architecture, data engineering, data platform design, or enterprise data management. Experience must include at least three (3) years designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms in AWS, and two (2) years leading projects, mentoring technical staff, or managing technical teams. OR An equivalent combination of the conferred degree, education, certification and directly related AND Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks; AWS Certified Solutions Architect; AWS Certified Data Analytics; Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Desired Qualifications
