What You'll Do - Mental Health Tech The Outpatient Mental Health Technician (MHT) provides direct patient support, supervision, and assistance with daily program operations within Hickory Trail Hospital's outpatient services. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients participating in outpatient treatment programs, including adolescent and adult populations as assigned. Additional responsibilities include assisting with patient transportation supervision, maintaining program supplies and snack inventory, preparing treatment areas, and supporting the overall organization and daily operations of the outpatient department.
