THE ROLE: We are in search of an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical, problem-solving, program planning, and risk management skills. Our team develops methodologies for power analysis and optimization and for logic design verification and emulation. We partner with project execution teams to address complex engineering challenges and deploy next-generation methodologies across business units throughout the company. As a Program Manager, you will partner with cross-functional engineering teams to manage the development, deployment, and application of methodologies for power optimization and functional verification. You will align stakeholders on solutions needed to attain product targets, drive deliverables, manage risks, and meet schedules. THE PERSON: Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work effectively and build collaborative relationships within a cross-functional engineering organization to meet commitments and support successful project execution from concept through production. The individual should be able to independently prioritize responsibilities while collaborating with others, seeking appropriate input, and adapting to complex and dynamic environments.
