This position is a full-time Day shift position working 4-10 hour shifts Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a varied day off with no weekend requirement.

Schedules are created six weeks in advance, providing consistency and work-life balance while offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients during an important stage of their care.

Responsibilities:

• Provides and collaborates direct patient care services under the direct supervisor of a licensed caregiver. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to personal care, activities of daily living, vital signs, intake and output, ambulation, interventions, and implementation of selected portions of the patient care plan as directed under supervisor of nurse.
• Assists, observes and reports changes in patient condition to licensed caregiver and maintains accurate medical record documentation in relation to the care delivered.
• Addresses and/or directs questions or concerns from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED - Required

• Completion of Block 1 in Nursing OR Medical Assistant (MA) OR Nursing Assistant (NA) OR Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) OR Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) OR 6 months of experience in the healthcare setting within the last year - Required
• 6 months in acute care experience. - Preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Preferred
• Clinical Other\EMT - Emergency Medical Tech - Preferred
