Job Duties Operate MPC stand-up equipment (not a forklift) to pick customer orders and move materials throughout the warehouse. Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and product locations. Pick, stage, and verify orders while maintaining inventory accuracy. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines. Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, order picking, inventory, or RF scanner experience is a plus. Experience operating stand-up material handling equipment preferred. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and meet productivity goals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift (100% standing). Frequent bending, reaching, walking, and lifting throughout the workday. Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
