Candidate will feed machines cardboard. Will learn how to run the machine and will work as a team to produce shipping boxes, displays, and other cardboard items needed. Position is in a hot work environment with some heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a must as well as accuracy.

Job Duties

• Feed cardboard materials into production machines.
• Learn to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work with team members to produce shipping boxes, retail displays, and other corrugated cardboard products.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
• Meet production goals and support continuous workflow throughout the facility.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn machine setup, operation, and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality and accuracy standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and productivity.
