Maintenance Technicians - Full-Time

We're hiring skilled, dependable Maintenance Technicians to keep our residential communities in communities throughout New Jersey to keep them safe and running well.
What you'll do:
Complete resident work orders for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, drywall, painting, and flooring repairs
Get vacant apartments rent-ready (turnovers)
Do preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems and common areas
Respond to leaks, outages, and other urgent issues, and escalate them when needed
Log your work in our electronic work order system
Take part in on-call coverage, snow removal, and emergency response
What we're looking for:
2+ years of residential, multifamily or building maintenance experience preferred
Hands-on turnover and general repair skills
Safe, confident use of hand tools, power tools and ladders
Comfortable using a smartphone and work order apps
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors
A driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
Certifications are a plus
