Job Duties Operate a stand-up Yale forklift to move, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse. Select customer orders in a freezer environment using RF scanning equipment. Perform case picking, pallet building, and order preparation. Wrap skids and prepare freight for shipment. Load, unload, store, and relocate products as directed. Complete forklift pre-operation inspections and safety checks. Follow all warehouse safety policies, including proper horn usage and seat belt/harness requirements. Maintain accurate inventory and order selection standards. Support daily warehouse operations while meeting productivity and quality goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse documentation. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse equipment preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift and order selecting experience required. Recent freezer warehouse experience required. Experience operating a Yale stand-up forklift preferred. Experience with RF scanning, case picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse operations. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliable attendance required. Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a freezer environment for the duration of the shift. Ability to operate a stand-up forklift for approximately 80% of the workday. Ability to lift, move, stack, and wrap products as needed. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive warehouse activities. Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots and company-provided freezer gear. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, freight, and palletized inventory.
