Senior Wholesale Fuel Sales Executive Remote \| Rockies Region Travel: Approximately 30-40% throughout the territory Grow Your Market. Expand Your Network. Drive Profitable Growth. World Fuel is seeking a proven wholesale fuels sales professional to drive business growth across the Rockies region. This is an opportunity to leverage your industry relationships, market knowledge, and commercial expertise to grow fuel volumes, win new business, and expand customer partnerships. We're looking for someone who understands wholesale fuel markets, thrives in a highly autonomous environment, and has a track record of building profitable customer relationships. In this role, you'll manage your own territory, develop new business opportunities, and help customers navigate their fuel supply needs through both delivered and FOB rack solutions. What You'll Do Drive Territory Growth Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow fuel volumes, revenue, and profitability throughout the territory. Identify, pursue, and secure new wholesale fuel customers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry relationships. Expand World Fuel's presence within the assigned market. Manage and Grow Customer Accounts Develop trusted relationships with fuel distributors, marketers, retailers, jobbers, resellers, and commercial fuel consumers. Manage an existing portfolio of accounts while identifying opportunities for additional growth. Understand customer supply requirements and deliver competitive fuel solutions. Retain and expand business by consistently delivering value and exceptional service. Deliver Commercial Solutions Sell both delivered transport fuel and FOB rack fuel supply programs. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements. Partner with supply, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful execution. Provide customers with market insights and supply strategies that support their business objectives. Be a Trusted Market Expert Monitor fuel market trends, pricing, terminal activity, transportation costs, and competitive dynamics. Maintain a strong market presence through customer visits, industry events, and professional networking. Provide market intelligence and sales forecasts to leadership. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Five or more years of experience in wholesale fuel sales, fuel distribution, commercial fuels, energy sales, or a related field. Demonstrated success developing new business and growing customer accounts. Experience managing a territory and achieving revenue, volume, and profitability goals. Strong understanding of wholesale fuel pricing, supply, terminals, economics, and market dynamics. Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and build long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory. Preferred Qualifications Established relationships within the wholesale fuel, fuel distribution, transportation fuel, or fuel marketing industries. Experience selling delivered transport fuel and/or FOB rack supply. Existing relationships with distributors, jobbers, retailers, resellers, and commercial fuel customers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $75,000 annually Incentive Compensation: Uncapped commission plan based on fuel volume and gross profit performance. For Colorado applicants, the expected pay for this position is $75,000 annually plus uncapped commission opportunities.
