Role Description & Responsibilities Our Human Resources (HR) Team is looking for a HR Specialist, People Support and Satisfaction. We are looking to fill this position in Waltham, MA. The HR Specialist* will provide support across business units and countries, focusing on process, policy and general operations. This role will manage various transactional operations related to employee lifecycle activities. Manage and facilitate onboarding paperwork, activities, and employment authorization processes including I-9, E-Verify, and Employment Verification Lead Day 1 Onboarding Experience including conducting orientation Update and maintain personnel files Complete timely and accurate processing of HR transactions such as new hire/termination information, personal data, compensation performance and personnel action changes Post new data and keep all tracker documents up to date in real time Ensure complete accuracy, confidentiality and compliance for all shared drives, vendor sites and internal systems Partner with internal teams to support HR initiatives and operations, including HR Business Partners, payroll, finance, purchasing, compensation and talent acquisition Participate in team projects including large scale initiatives to document all People Success policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field 2+ years' experience in an HR or customer service environment Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal communication) strongly desired Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Effective Relationship Building Skills Adaptability and Change Management Skills Experience/Interest in learning/utilizing AI Effective Presentation Skills Experience with HRIS systems a plus #LI-Hybrid Inclusion statement In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at 3DS are based on merit, qualifications and abilities. 3DS is committed to a policy of non-discrimination and equal opportunity for all employees and qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or medical or common conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, familial status, national origin, ancestry, age (40 and above), disability, veteran status, military service, application for military service, genetic information, receipt of free medical care, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. 3DS will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known disabilities, in accordance with applicable law. Compensation & Benefits Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays. Salary Pay Transparency Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $55000 and $65000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
