Position Title: Deburring & Finishing Operator
Wage: $20.18/hour for 1st shift, $20.93/hour for 2nd shift Shift: 1st or 2nd Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday) or 3:30pm - 2:00am (Monday - Thursday, Overtime on Fridays as Needed) Want to be an appreciated member of an amazing production team? Responsibilities: - Operate and select appropriate machinery to produce parts that meet quality and production specifications - Prioritize work orders and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of jobs - Perform quality control inspections, document results, and report discrepancies to supervisors or quality personnel - Follow all company safety policies and safe operating procedures when using equipment, forklifts, cranes, and related machinery - Complete required production and quality documentation, including job orders, count sheets, labels, and move tickets - Operate multiple machines and production equipment simultaneously while maintaining established quality and productivity standards - Use weight-count scales, ultrasonic washers, and other related equipment in accordance with established procedures - Follow verbal and written instructions, perform basic computer and mathematical tasks, and properly handle production compounds and cleaning agents - Comply with the Quality Management System, work instructions, and ERP system requirements applicable to assigned duties Requirements: - Able to lift up to 75 lbs - Able to twist, bend, reach, climb, stand or sit as job requires IND035 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
